IFS Cloud 24R1 - SU3 - Toast messages disappear after about 3 seconds

This should be possible from 23R2 onwards with the following system parameters. 

This should be a global setting as it’s a system parameter. 

If you move your mouse pointer over an error or warning message, it will not fade out until you move the pointer away from the message.

According to your case as you are using 24R1so this should work.

Have you tried changing the value and description? Does it give the same output or change according to the scenarios?

Is this issue only for you or all the users?

Please refer my screenshot where I have changed my pop up user settings to 0. If it is 0, it should not disappear until user closes manually. Looks like a bug and I will raise a support ticket.
