IFS Cloud 24R1 - Data Migration Manager - DB link to another Use Place environment (Non Production)

Hi All,

Our Data Migration team is using Data Migration Manager and working in a Use Place environment called TST.
Now they want to further test data migration  by pushing data into another environment, say CFG.
How do we create a Db Link from TST to CFG environment?
