Example
user logon through Computer and get Lobby start page with a lot of info.
When user logon through mobile Lobby start page is more limited with less information.

I don’t believe that is possible as the client is responsive and the layouts are not device-specific (for the most part). You could add a shortcut to the ‘mobile lobby’ as your first shortcut and just have them click that upon login.
The lobby does not behave in this way. But you may be able to solve this using two lobbies with common lobby elements reused.
The lobby is set as the home page by picking what you preferred home page is in recent screens. If this profiling is saved per device, (not sure if it is
Another way would be again to have two lobbies. Always start with the simpler lobby and give the user a link (like more… ) to navigation to the complex.
