+9In IFS Middleware Server Admin Console page all the services are in GREEN state but Http Servers which higlited in RED is in ORANGE state. What is the meaning of this difference, to overcome this issue what is the action need to perform. Is anyone of you faced issue similer to this, If YES please advise way to resolve.
Common Tab→ HTTP Servers →If we select the option, it is in loading state and page went greay-out.

+11This problem might be due to the current state of the HTTP server. Could you please run script "mws-svr.cmd" which is inside <ifs-home> as the administrator with options “RESTART” and “ALL”.
After that verify whether the issue still there. If issue still there, run the same script again with STATUS and post the output here.

Thanks for your swift reply, this is basically a Linux server where theIFS App V10 is hosted.
We have restarted the services with options “RESTART” and “ALL”. The issue still remains the same(If the screen is not available we cannot create a new “HTTPserver2” services)
Present “STATUS” of the application services.
Note: Some words are hided due to security.

According to the status report, the http server running properly. Therefore, we need to analyze logs to find the cause of the issue. Hence, you may create a ticket for IFS and don't forget to attach an ifs-dump file.
