Hi All

I noticed whilst testing the application of Update 15+16 to our Apps 9 test environment, that after completion, I got the dreaded single sign on Security Error message (see below). Ok, I am sure it is not always SSO that causes this rather generic error, but thats when I tend to see it. If I manually type the domain username/password it works.

After previous updates I had not seen this issue. I found that running a straight reconfigure without changes resolved this issue, but find it a little alarming.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour after applying 15 or 16?

SSO scares me! :(

Regards

Mike

We found that after applying the updates to Live, we did see the issue again. I ran the reconfigure that appeared to resolve in Test. The issue was still apparent, but only on one of our Application servers. We then found after a few minutes, all SSO requests were working as expected!! (Was a happy moment after a tough weekend working session).

Perhaps SSO needs time to hook up?? It is a bit of a mystery. SSO is my cryptonite!
