Go to the Apps 9 landing page for your instance and do the following:

  1. click on the Add-ons link

 

  1. click on the links at the location shown above.  If both links are needed, i.e. the Excel Add-in AND the Visual Studio 2010 Tools, then make sure to use both.  Clicking the links will begin the installation immediately on the machine from where the request was made.
