Apps 10 UPD14

Has anybody experienced this issue when trying to look at the HTTP services via the Admin Console. A reconfigure / restart of the services has now resolved this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @JamesW72 ,

The most likely scenario would have been an issue with the Admin server not being able to read the status of the HTTP servers. If that was the case, restart of the admin server would have helped like you noticed.

Cheers

Hi, As I said, re have restart the IFS middleware services and its the same.

We have had that happen in multiple scenarios.  The one scenario is the one described by Sajith above. Typically the Main process is at it’s upper memory limit when this happens.

Another is after a Window patch install.  We always reboot the server after the Windows patch and once in a while we have this problem on restart.  We restart everything in this case.

Hi @JamesW72 ,

Apologies, looks like i read your post incorrect the first time around. Are you seeing any specific errors in the http server log, admin server log or the node manager log? They might help you figure out what the issue is.

Cheers

Hi, thanks for your reply. I’ve checked and there is nothing ‘unusual’ ..
