How to use fragment from one component to other component.

I am getting following error  in IFS Cloud.Can anyone please help me on this.

Fragment “ActivityShortNameCompPaSelector: is present in ‘PROJ’ component but this fragment is being used in ‘PRJREP’ 

So getting below error “Cannot find required model [ActivityShortNameCompPaSelector.fragment]. Type: IncludeFragment, Name: ActivityShortNameCompPaSelector, Source: PRJREP/InvoicingPlanHandling.projection, Used in: Projection PRJREP/InvoicingPlanHandling.projection”
