Hi experts,

we have IFS APP10 and are in cloud.

How can we restart our IFS Connect Server if it doesn’t react?

You should probably make a ticket requesting someone to do this for you, if your APP10 is hosted and your don’t have access to the server yourself.

If you do have access, use the scripts located in the bin-directory.

Hi @SamiL

thank you for your response.

I asked your colleague to check that.

Hi @Link

In IFSAPP10, there is no connect server like in previous versions of the application. Instead, IFS Connect functionality is moved into the Integration cluster. Therefore the request should be to restart the Integration servers. As correctly mentioned in the above reply, you should open a case with IFS requesting this if your environment is on IFS Managed Cloud.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Charith Epitawatta

thank you I did it.

We use sftp readers to import files from our local sftp server to IFS. Since 2 weeks we have noticed that we have every 30 secons logs from our sftp reader.

Example:

Is that the expected behavior?
