How to order a demo environment for 25R2?

What options you have

✔ Option 1 — IFS Cloud Demo Environment (recommended)

You can request:

• IFS Demo / Sandbox environment
• Usually provisioned via:
  • your IFS Account Manager
  • or IFS Partner

 This is the most common approach

 Cost aspect

• ❗ Not always free by default
• But:

 For existing customers:

• Sometimes provided as:
  • trial / POC environment
  • sales/demo support
  • upgrade evaluation environment

 Depends on:

• your contract
• relationship with IFS
• ongoing projects

 What people usually do

✔ Through IFS / Partner

• Raise request:
  • “Need 25R2 sandbox for evaluation”
• IFS may provide:
  • limited-time environment
  • or shared demo access

✔ Internal setup (if you have infra)

• Download:
  • 25R2 build from Build Place
• Setup:
  • using Docker / Kubernetes

 But requires:

• infra + expertise
• not quick for demo purpose

✔ Partner demo access

If you work with partner (like PRoV / Envecon etc.):

• They often have:
  • ready demo environments

 Faster than setting up yourself

 Important note

IFS does NOT provide:

• automatic upgrade preview
• or free permanent sandbox by default
