Hi All

 

I need help with analyzing problems like that. I have faced lastely a lot of problems like this after db copy, installation new Release, etc

IFS Unified Support reject my ticket because it is not reproducible on reference environment.

Do You have any suggestions? All caches refreshed, unpublished whole configuration, new user created to check this,… and no success.

We are getting the same error in some projections. Were you able to figure out the issue?

I had problem with numbers of parameters(contract) in funciton CheckReplication. I haven’t found how to change confiuration using Page Designer.

So I exported configuration(entity? - do not remember) then modified number of parameters on each occurencies in exported xml file and import it again. It was a problem with list or something like that.

Could you please check if the baseline status of the page configurations are up-to-date in your environment?

​@knepiosko Thanks for the reply, IFS support actually found some issues in custom enumerations and it worked fine once they unpublish those. From the error message it was so difficult to pinpoint the issue.
​@Himasha Abeywickrama Thanks for the suggestion but page configurations were all fine and it did not even work after unpublishing all the page configurations and even the entity configurations. Custom enumerations too were needed to unpublish
