Hi everybody,

how can I create my own theme in IEE?

We are on APPS10 and in the cloud.

Anybody got a good document?

There is themes.zip in the runtime folder on MWS within a subfolder themes “..\runtime\themes\themes.zip\”.

Inside this ZIP you find xml-files like this.

You can copy FndTheme_Aurora.xml, rename it and change some content in the xml. This needs to be done for some other xmls in subfolders of ThemeResources in the same way.

like <ThemeName Type="System.String">Doppelmayr</ThemeName>

 RGB color definitions can be changed for the different screen elements.

I don’t have more documentation on this and I don’t know details how this gets deployed on MWS.

This is how it looks like in our system.

@JohannesWittwer Hi,

Thank you. I made some changes in the Test environment.

I used search and replace to change colors in the IFS theme.

I erased folders inside 2.0 to reload IFS. Nothing changed.

Thank you @hhy38 . For me that means I need to check it with IFS because we are in cloud.

Are you in cloud?

@Link No, we are not using cloud. We host servers in our company.

@dsj Hi Damith,

Have you ever tried to create or edit a new theme?

Hi @hhy38

Do you mean in IFS Cloud?

Themes is simplified in IFS Cloud and you have only light and dark options.

each theme can be customized using appearance designer

Appearance Designer Overview - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud

Hope it helps :)

Hi Damith,

we use IFS APPS 10 in the cloud - not IFS CLOUD Version.

Hi Damith,

We are using the IFS 10 in on-prem server :)
