How to Change Apps10 Theme Colors

No, as far as I am concerned you cannot create or modify the themes within the application.

Don’t get me wrong, it would be a nice feature.

We recommend to use the IFS standard themes as you have mentioned in the screenshot. But if you wish to know how to edit standard themes,  I suggest below IFS Community post for knowledge purpose. You can try similar way in the below post to edit the themes. 
 

Why we do not recommend editing IFS Theme as above configuration exists if an only if you do not get IFS framework updates. 
Every time when you install an IFS Client framework binary patch the content related to the framework code inside the ..\client\runtime folder will be updated. Then the above configuration will lost for you. ​​
