I want to select from list of values for custom field.
How can I add reference for custom field I created for this?

You can achieve this with a persistent custom field of ‘Reference’ type. Please refer to the “Set Persistent Reference” section of the documentation here:
With this option you select which LU you want to reference, what List of Value (LOV) view to use and how those references should be displayed in your field.

In Ifs8 version does not have set persistent reference option. :(

What is the Service Pack level of your IFSAPP8 installation? It looks like you are on an older version. I just checked in one of our reference environments which is on IFSAPP8 SP2, and it does have reference type persistent custom fields.
I’m afraid you wouldn’t be able to created fields that support LOVs without this.
