Is it possible to hide a standard column using page designer - as shown in below screen shot ‘Visible’ option?

Can you try disabling the Column Visible menu item in the page designers?
- First enable the Column Visible (even its visible)
- then save the page designer changes.
- Then again uncheck the column visible and save the page designers.
