Grafana documentation for the dashboards

Hi,

 

we have enabled Grafana in IFS Cloud using the IFS documentation, but other than this introduction https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/020_installation/010_installing_fresh_system/030_preparing_server/56_metrics_monitoring/ there doesn’t seem to be any overview of the existing dashboards and how to interpret them. Currently, the Grafana experience is very overwhelming and it is hard to understand how to use the different dashboards to find relevant information.

 

Are there any additional guides about Grafana, and how to interpret the different IFS Cloud dashboards it comes with?

    ​@spencer.hudson  You won’t find the information in the ifs docs. It will make some more since when you are more familiar with the architecture/Kubernetes. Grafana community will be better resource for the tool usage in general, it’s open source and they love sharing information and linking good documentation 

     

    If you start by looking at your workloads and their pods specifically Odata…it’ll be a decent start.

     

    You can use the charts to set alerts and ultimately send out emails, teams messages, and even phone calls using Grafana IRM.

     

    you are not the only customer who has hit this information gap
