I am looking for options for setting global column settings for all users for the same screen. For instance, in Register Arrivals, I want the same 5 columns showing in the same order for all users.
Is there a way to set this globally or do I have to do this for every user individually (about 50)?
We are trying to standardize for training and consistency purposes.

I eanted to respond Base Profile
A profile is a mechanism for customization of the IFS Applications user interface. When it is applied it can change the graphical interface and behavior of the user interface. The profile consists of a named collection of settings, such as window sizes, colors, saved queries, navigator entries and similar settings in the user interface.
Then I found this thread:
In Apps 9 and earlier:
As the system administrator create a Base Profile, assign it as active in current session and go to all the forms you want and make the UI changes you want. Save the Base Profile.
Never change the IFS Standard profile.
Then use the tools to assign the Base Profile to the appropriate users (we maintain 3 Base Profiles - 2 by Company Code and one for Customer Service).
Clear the User Profile. The User Profile overrides the Base Profile.
If you don’t want users to deviate from the arrangement then there are feature (Apps9 and earlier) to remove permission to change column layout, maybe save changes to the User Profile, but we are not that strict.
Each application user has two profiles:
Personal Profile
This profile holds the user’s personal settings. This profile is read from and written to when the user runs a Foundation1 based application.
Base Profile
This is an optional profile that can be assigned by the an Administrator. The user can only read from this profile. Entries of this profile are used only if there are no corresponding entries in the personal profile.
The total user profile is thus a combination of the settings from the personal profile plus the settings from the base profile which are not in the personal profile. Each user always has their own personal profile but they may share the same base profile with other users. The base profile is controlled by an administrator. Changes to the base profile are effective to the users assigned to this base profile the next time they start the client.
Unfortunately, it does not look like that capability transitioned to the cloud environment.
