Failed to upload file to ftp server [failed to download file from Ftp server[user cannot log in]]

Hi All,

we are currently having an issue with creating new attachments and getting this error.

 

 

I saw this post 

and already re-check with win scp , it can connected

 

This is EDM Basic

 

 

and I test with WinSCP

 

 

This is in IFSAPP 08.

Really appreciate your valuable opinions and suggestions to sort out this problem.

Hi,

I’m guessing this is due to ftp configuration error. Was this worked before or you are using this for the first time. If not what kind of a change done to the system to trigger this issue?

I have attached a document you can try out. Kindly note this is for cloud customers therefore some tests won’t be applicable to app8. Please try it out and see.
