Failed to Upload file ( failed to download file from FTP server [Connection timed out:connect]]

Below error message is given when trying to upload file to FTP server via IFS App 8. Can anyone help on this please.

@amilasan The client cannot reach the FTP server due to network connectivity problems, such as a firewall blocking the connection or issues with routing.
