Hi,

F1 help not working on user machine, We are using APP9 and F1 help is working properly but some of IFS users are unable to open F1 Help(windows 10).

I have configured the HOST file

Remove all the cookies

but still unable to access.

I find that sometimes to be a case with myself. Have you checked what’s the users default browser as it works best in Internet Explorer rather than others. 

 

I use Chrome there is times when it works and then there are times when it doesn’t but try changing users default browser and give it a go and see it works.

What are they seeing?


During our upgrade from Apps 8 to Apps 9, we discovered the following file was missing. This caused errors when users attempted to load help pages.

%IFS_HOME%\ifsdoc\documentation\en\OnlineDocSettings\settingsFlow.xml
