Did the bank send you the certificate directly or did you download it using a web browser(or any other way, ex. Open SSL,..?

Hi @envkishon,
check if certificates really match - ideally import some parent certificate, ideally root one.
Some antivirus programs replace real certificate with its own (but usualy only in browser) and then you could download incorrect one.

Real certificate

vs

replaced certificate by Eset

Hi,
I’m currently strugling with 25.2.4 onpremise installation with this issue too - I believe I done everything correct, but uploaded certificate is not used.

Seems like it could be bug.

Hi,
for me it still does not work on one particular environment, but elsewhere it is ok..

Most important is, that certificate itself is not enough. Whole certificate chain is needed.

only Single certificate - not enough when issuer is not already inside java cacert

export of crt including whole chain
