Error While Printing on Zebra printer (.rpl) From the IFS Cloud

When I try to print the .rpl (barcode/label) through Zebra printer following error message appear in the IFS PrintAgent Monitor. Any missing configuration for causing the issue. (I'm trying to print a barcode label from shop order for testing)


Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

@Abises Weerasekera It seems working when “socket pooling enabled” and “report print task” configured using the host and port. Is it necessary to configure these.
