Caused by: C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\ContentsXML\Inventory.xml
Please open %ProgramFiles%\Oracle\Inventory\ContentsXML\inventory.xml in a text editor,and check whether the instance name already exists in the <HOME_LIST /> element.
If it does, (1) back up the file, (2) remove the duplicate instance name, (3) and retry.

The below file and path not existed in server.
C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\ContentsXML\Inventory.xml.
Do i need to create manually?

Hi Surendrnatha,
Is the clone-target server the same or different from the clone-source server? If IFS has never been installed on the new server this file will not exist. It should be created when restoring the clone, so there is no need to create the file.
Often we see remnants of a previous environment still being defined in this file causing this error.

Yes, its different, clone - source server is Windows server 2019 and target server is Windows server 2022.
