Hi All

After upgrading to IFS10 (Update 15) from IFS9 some of our users that occasionally are getting a hard error when querying the Customer Order screen?

 

I am 99% sure that when we clear the users Personal Profile, it clears the error. The difficulty is users that have years of alterations in this and other areas who do not want their profiles cleared.

Has anyone else worked with this issue and may have a solution or workaround?

Note: We haven't managed to get the View Detail script of the error yet.

I now suspect due to the unpredictable nature of this error, and being unable to reproduce at will, that this is not in fact caused by the profile, but perhaps a resource issue?

 

Any advice would be appreciated.

Did you ever get any responses or clues as to cause?

I have a user getting the same error message (although on Apps 9)
