Error when enabled page designer.

Hi Team,

 

We got the below error when loading the Purchase Requisition Lines page.

Reducer action failed (METADATA_SET_DATA) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'content')

However, when we unpublished the page configurations done for ‘PurchaseRequisitionLinesHandling' projection, we could load the Purchase Requisition Lines page without any errors.

But if enable the page designer on unpublished page error appears again. Cannot open the page designer for ‘PurchaseRequisitionLinesHandling’ from page configuration page as well. Same error appears there as well.

 

Can someone help me to get this solved ?

@Kithmini Mallikaarachchi I suggest to rebase your Client Configuration as PurchaseRequisitionHandling seems to be Behind. Such errors might occur after an upgrade, due to changes in APIs/functionality for that specific page. It’s recommended to rebase your client configs after each upgrade.

Was there a solution to this problem?

I don’t understand how I’m supposed to rebase if I can’t access the page designer even after unpublishing the page configurations.

​@CeciliePAndersen  try to unpublish the page from the Page Configurations page then go to page designer

I’ve unpublished the page configurations, and I’ve tried navigating to the “Page Designer” from the “Page Configurations” page and through the navigator - and each time I’m met with the same error message as above.

I found out that I could open the Page Designer from another page to disable the preview and then go back to the problematic page. Then I could open the Page Designer and do the rebasing.
