When deleting an end-user role in Apps10 we encounter the error “Unable to insert row.Combination of company XXX and site XXX not allowed” what could be the cause and how to fix this?

+18Did you ensure that the end user role is not assigned to any users, both active and inactive? I’m not sure if this would prevent removal but it’s something I would definitely verify and then retry.
