Not sure if anyone has seen this before?

MWS will not start, getting the below:

 

Admin Server is started!
Error: Unable to connect to AdminServer!

Is this related to an APPS9 or an APPS10 installation? 
 

Anyways, my recommendation would be to stop all the MWS servers/services one by one and to start them back up in the appropriate order. The exact steps/scripts to run are dependent on the application version which is why I asked for it at the very start of my reply.
 

If you are still getting the above error when starting the Admin server, then it would indicate that the MWS instance has somehow become corrupted. Recreating the instance while keeping the old instance backed up (without deleting any files) should resolve this issue.
