Hi all,

We have issues when  exporting the file to excel from the window Inventory Part – Order Point. we cannot generate the excel file  when click  RMB and choose export report – standard. then there is a error shows Application not found . you can see full error below. its not works only for two users.working fine for others .

Is anyone know what the problem with this is?can you kindly help.

Hi,

Try and prove if it’s user related, or machine related.  Get an affected user to log into another PC (where it does work for another user) and try.  If it works, then the problem is related somehow to the PC (perhaps Excel is either not installed, or in the wrong path...)

 

If it STILL affects the user when logging into another PC, then the problem is either permissions or profile related.

Get the affected user to log in using another users computer where it does work - what happens?
