Hi all,

Does anyone know why this error message:

{"errors":[{"code":null,"message":"TraceId : dc76f65b1d29546022461b6d9476f4eb"},{"code":null,"message":"Failed to execute automation. Error in step [Upload PDF - post virtual]: An internal server error occurred. Contact administrator. Error while uploading file to IFS FSS"}]}

comes up when uploading doing the post call to upload an externally generated PDF into the print archive? I am following this procedure:
https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/26r1/050_reporting/000_reporting/251_operational_reporting/001_report_design/010_operational_reports/400_external_reporting_gateway/

I checked this post but despite following the documentation the error persists:

Thanks in advance,

Roel

@ROVECH,

I don’t have a lot of expertise in this functionality.  But a search of the database of IFS cases shows a prior occurrence of this same error which was resolved by (re)deployment of the Cloud FSS (File Storage Service) in the affected customer’s Cloud environment.

The Technical Document library shows how this deployment is to be done.  The applicable pages for this topic are found at:

   Technical Doc…  »  26R1  »  Remote Deployment  »  IFS Cloud File Storage For Remote  »  Installation

You’d need to determine which sections and steps of the Installation page apply to your own environment.  Of course your solution would also depend on whether your environment is hosted on premise, by IFS Cloud Services or by a 3rd party vendor.

If you decide such a redeployment would be worthwhile for your situation and if it proves to be successful for you please respond to this post to let other users of the Community know whether or not this suggestion was helpful.
