Error message 'Requested Excel file has errors' when trying to export all rows and columns to excel from IFS Aurena application.

Hi,

When we try to export all rows and columns to excel from IFS Aurena application, we are getting error message ‘Requested file has errors’. We tried with various screens, but we get same error message.

 

IFS Version: App10 UPD13

Application Type: Aurena

 

Is there any configuration or solution to fix this issue?

The same issue has also been reported for the “Employee Payments” screen in Aurena, and it has been addressed in APPS10 UPD17.
