Hi, we are just in the process of upgrading from v9 to v10, we have a number of test databases in v10, and running crystal reports from quick report navigator works ok except one database.

Operational reports are ok.

The password for IFSPRINT is correct and the account is not locked.

I see Chris Plant had this issue a year ago, but no resolution is posted, any help would be appreciated

looking at the CWS logs - Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.

where do I check the logon parameters? how do I change these?
