Error in Developer studio:IDE could not recognise whether the server has been started or not

Hi ,

 

I am getting following error .Any idea on below error why i am  facing the issue.

Hi Nikitha,

See whether the weblogic server is running from the log next to this tab. Try restarting the server

if it’s not running and try building the project again .
