Hi Guys,
Print jobs are not working, when checked the log getting below error in batch server & print server log .
WARNING: 13:07:59.002: MessageTask-BATCH2-1.ifs.fnd.batchserver.server.BatchServer.warningInTask --> processJob: EJB Exception: (URL for ERF )
any idea on this

It seems like there is a problem with external report formatter URL. Have you configured such? Open report formatter screen and check if an external report formatter URL is specified - and if the URL is incorrect. There can be multiple report formatter so check this in each.
