Error Customer Contact - Failed to create the entity as it would be unreachable from the current path

Hi I am in a process of validating data.

We have migrated the legacy customer contact data to IFS but when I try to add a communication method for a contact person I am getting this error message. 

Seems this error occur only for the migrated data customer contacts.

If I create a new contact I can enter the communication methods.

 

Any tips to mitigate this issue?
