Error adding Quick Report to existing App Config Pkg

I’m working with a customer who is on 21.2.9.  I get an error in the Quick Reports screen when I try to add any Quick Report to an already existing Application Configuration Package.  The error is:

Database error occurred. Contact administrator.

        Url: null

        Date = 2022-08-22T12:51:23.418Z

        Request Id = null

        Client version = 21.2.9.20220602055745.0

The error does not occur if I use the “+ Create and Add App Config Package”.

The error does not occur if I navigate to the existing Application Configuration Package and use the + button in the Items section to add the report..

Is this a known issue with Cloud 21r2 Aurena?
