Wondering if anyone can help me with the configuration of a mail sender to use modern authentication with M365 Exchange. I have been working with our IT vendor, but they are looking for some additional documentation. My implementation partner was unsure, so I reached out to support, they told me to request a consultancy service. The consultancy group forwarded the ticket to my implementation partner. Glad I pay for "Platinum Support" #momentofservice.

Looking for something beyond that.
