Hi,
We are using third part app to capture the signature of truck driver and shipper .
This signature gets attached to respective shipment via document management.We have connected both the signature with crystal report (bill of lading)
but whenever we print the bill of lading crystal document , it shows black spot for both the signature. I checked database too and i found that images are storing as png and those images are also black.
signature fields are dynamic data field and it changes as per the shipment
Do you have any turn around solution where we can print the signature clearly on the document ?
