Deploy the delivery in Use Place

Hi @ramank,

Please note that the 'Manage Deployment' option is only visible for the customer onboarded with the 'Remote' deployment model. 

The customers with the deployment model - Cloud need to navigate to the customer-support portal (CSM) and use the 'Use Place Management Form' to schedule a delivery deployment to the use-place instance.
