Default group as 'visible' on page

HI,

Is there a way to make a group on a page default to be visible without having to use the dropdown arrow to see the group?

Example:

On this page, the Details group does not show until you use the drop down to open the group. Would like to open this page and see the details.

check out these steps and it should be able to work.

Modify Page Layout in IFS:

  • Step 1: Open the Page Designer or Configuration Mode in IFS.
  • Step 2: Locate the page in question (e.g., the MRB Case page).
  • Step 3: Identify the group or section you want to default to "visible."
  • Step 4: Set the group property to "expanded" by default.
    • Look for a property like Default State or Expanded State and set it to Visible or Expanded.
  • Step 5: Save and publish your changes.
