Data Matrix for Crystal Report 2011

We currently have the IFS8 version where reports are generated through Crystal Report 2011.
My question is whether IFS has a native solution to generate Data Matrix and if not, what better application for acquisition and integration with Crystal Report 2011?

I don't fully understand your question. If you download multiple rows to Excel, that is a data matrix according to me. 

What am I missing?

Or do you mean the following:

If the above image is what you are looking for, then I don't have the idea that there is a native solution.

Edit: Later I found that there exists ADDITIONAL_INV_Q_R_CODE_RPI (in IFS10). No Idea how you would implement that however.
