Hello every one,
We are using IFS to generate our invoices (no Crystal Reports involved).
We are currently experiencing performance issues when printing invoices — it takes at least 5 seconds per invoice, even when there is only a single line. We also noticed that the IFS Print Agent is not installed.
From the documentation I reviewed, I understand that the PDF is generated by IFS and then processed by the IFS Print Agent.
We have already increased the reporting ren pod to 10 GB, but the issue persists.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation or can provide some guidance please?
