How would a customer create a new custom webapp similar to the WAR files that APPSRV and GISINT use for mapping? Do you review customer requests on BitBucket, or is that only for internal use? Are the README files still valid for Cloud where our customer Git repo is hosted in Azure? (Would my webapp become available for every customer?) Please assume I have development experience outside of this framework.
