I installed Apps 10 UPD7 update recently for a client and everything went well barring one issue.
We noticed none of the custom Materialized Views are updating automatically post update in spite of Next Refresh parameter reflecting future date and time. Manually refreshing the MVs works fine, so no issue with the code or objects.
Has anyone encountered this behaviour before?

We figured this one and had to re-enable the underlying Oracle job to get them to refresh automatically.
