Hi All,
I created three custom pages.
1st page with category.
2nd page with category and sub category but against one category multiple sub category are assigned.
In 3rd page for sub category I want to show sub category lov values only selected category which is assigned in second page.

You can try below steps..
In your 3rd page add a custom field Persistent > when selecting data type select Reference > (format of your choice depending on scenario) > you will get a window like below,
From the List select your 2nd page custom view, once you select the appropriate view go to Edit under Display text for references. You will get something like below,
From that select the correspondent column which you wanted use as LOV then hit next > From the properties window make sure to tick the checkbox List of Values as below,
Continue the process, once you add make sure to update the page layout.
