Hey IFS Community,
we currently have a request from a customer running on IFS Apps 9 regarding CTI integration. A colleague asked within his network and found a couple of documents regarding a CTI integration solution, but a lot of information is missing and apparently the people who have worked on this are not working in the IFS field anymore.
Does anybody have a solution for a CTI integration tool or can provide any further information on it?
Below you have a few screenshots (sadly in German) but maybe they can help.
The CTI tool should open the customer window with these parameters; in this case we also don’t know what the CTI internal user could be needed for:
