Hello, we’re currently running 24R2 on-prem.
We need some clarification on when the Crystal Reports are being Deprecated in the Cloud. We were told that Crystal was going to start going away in 25R1, and then in 25R2 they would be fully deprecated.
However, we came across this in some of the IFS documentation.
“
Deprecation Notice:
The Crystal Report integration was deprecated in the 25R2 release, reinstated effective from 25R2 SU03, and is scheduled to be deprecated again starting with the 26R2 release.
”
Does this mean Crystal Reports are sticking around until 26R2?
- Is this available to everybody as long as they upgrade to a 25R2 service update 03 or higher?
- If it’s only available to certain customers under certain circumstances, how would we qualify for keeping Crystal Reports in 25R2?
- Are there any new limitations to the Crystal Reports? If so, what are they?
- Will IIS and the existing Crystal services need to be changed significantly to support a 25R2+ version?
