I am trying to install CrystalWebService_64bit setup for using Crystal Report after configure IIS 10 on Windows Server 2016 (1607) OS Build 14393.3564, but it’s not allow to install setup for Virtual Directory on IIS.

Hi,
If this is APPS9 then this was fixed by patch 140589 which has gone with APPS9 UPD 10. You need to apply the patch and reconfigure the application server to make the new zip installation and then install the CWS from the new zip. The fix is available in APPS 10 core.

Yes i am using IFS 9, but when i use this same Build with Windows Server 2012 then it’s working fine.
but when i use with 2016 and above the it is not working.
