I am trying to attached Crystal Reports into IFS for the first time.
I have created the Crystal and I am attempting to attach via Quick Reports using the ‘Type’ of Crystal Reports.
When I attempt to publish the Crystal, I get the following Information Message:
I click OK and the Report does not display.
Can any advise what could be causing the report to not display?

Have you copied the report to the Crystal Web Service Open Path folder?
Can you preview any other Crystal Reports without matter?
Please go through the instructions/steps given in below link and check if there is anything missing.

Has Crystal Web Services (CWS) been installed and configured to run Crystal Reports in IFS?
