I have created a Crystal Report with a Filter that works in Crystal Designer but when I launch in IFS via Quick Reports it does not prompt for the Filter so displays the report blank?
In the back of my mind I feel like I need another field, hidden in the report to make it work but I cannot for the life of me remember what it is.
can anyone advise why the Crystal Report Filter does not prompt?

To get a crystal quick report to prompt, I think you need to to setup a parameter field on the report - at least, that’s what worked for me.

Here’s an example from a working crystal report. You’ll see I have two parameter fields in this one - “Activity_date” and “Shop_orders”.
The only other things to do is to make sure you’ve setup your report with the recommended cr_web_init stuff…
