I have quick report from crystal report. it is working fine
but when I changed report reference with new template (rpt) I faced this error:
There was an error retrieving the report
How I can solve this issue?

Getting this error would indicate that your updated version of this quick report has an error in it. What did you modify/change in this new report? The more information, the more likely we are to help you find out what is wrong with the report.
You can find more information in the Crystal Web Services page, and going into one of the logs after you request them. Scroll to the bottom to see the most recent jobs run.
